The

Fellowship

Experience

FIRST LIBERTY FELLOWSHIP IS AN  EXCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM EQUIPPING RISING LEADERS TO BUILD A FREE AND FLOURISHING SOCIETY.

The Fellowship is a project of First Liberty Institute, the nation’s largest legal organization and think tank dedicated solely to defending religious liberty for all Americans.

We’ve gathered the best and brightest minds advancing a classically liberal worldview today. As a fellow, you’ll have the opportunity to hear, meet, and network with these leaders.

When you join us in and around our national capitol, you will learn all about public policy--what it is, the role statistics play in research, opinion writing, job searching, and funding and management. This hands-on experience will help deepen your understanding of the foundational concepts our society is built on--and how you can bring those concepts back in focus for the public today.

After you officially complete the First Liberty Fellowship, you will be equipped with the motivation and information you need to promote authentic freedom for all Americans, starting right in your own circle of peers.

Who should
I apply?

The First Liberty Fellowship is ideal for high achieving students who aspire to work for federal, state, or local governments, as well as those who want to pursue a career related to public policy, lobbying, or think tank research.

Our fellows often come from programs in law, history, philosophy, and political science, but students from all fields of study are welcome.
